Pillar knows Exterior Panels!

The Pillar Exterior Panel (EP), is a factory-fabricated exterior wall assembly comprised of the cold-formed metal-framing, exterior sheathing, and air-vapor barrier (AVB). It requires no changes to the project's specifications, and can be assembled utilizing any of the well known brands in the industry.

As a factory-assembled solution, over 99% of the waste associated with the Pillar EP is handled off-site. Our clients are reporting a reduction in the total cost of job-site waste removal of up to 10% based upon the utilization of the Pillar EP.

By performing the fabrication and assembly of the exterior wall structure in our off-site facility, we are able to maintain a consistent level of quality that cannot be replicated by stick-building on site.

Our process allows for (in most cases) a floor to be weathertight within two (2) weeks of the removal of concrete formwork.
